Small place but full of tight single-track with lots of flow. There are basically two sections of the park divided by a large ravine. Much of the trails on the north side run along the edge of 20-40 ft gullies and include lots of well-banked curves. There's even a couple of short half pipe sections. A memorable landmark is a large half circle that runs around a large open field, scuplted like a bowl.
On the south side, there's an easy (flat) long loop off to the south and two northerly loops that descend into the ravine with steep climbs back up.
There is little stone anywhere in the terrain but there are occasional roots and a good variety of trail flow to keep it fun and flowy.
